Puravankara – Skydale : from pre-launch we were given a different date of possession seeing the progress of the project..we inquired and to our surprise the date of possession +/- 6months has shifted almost by 1+ years…strangely but true how a builder can immediately on interest extracts the entire money then uses the same for convenience…I am not sure of any of its Project which was handed over before time. Good that we invest next in some other property.

There are many reason to say that Puravankara builder is the worst builder in the city. Till they have so much experience in the infrastructure field. i booked a flat in their Sarjapura project but the thing is that i got my flat after 2 years. Before booking they had lot of proposal for the client which they never try to fulfill and the construction quality if you see after giving all your hardworking money , then you will gona smile only because you even can’t do anything .

In my opinion Purva Seasons is the Project which not only giving the luxurious life but also giving 82% Open Space with lot of amenities and A Brand on which people can believe blindly.

The Purvnkara builder is taking gullible customers for a ride as we dont get the agreement checked by a lawyer and trust the builder completely. We feel that a reputed builder will deliver on time at the mentioned cost and hence overlook the finer details and sign on the dotted line.
